Lost or Stolen Package
- We are is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- We know how important your order is! We provide our customers with the option to track your package through www.ups.com/tracking or https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
- We will always do our best to assist you, but we does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
Damages and issues
- Please record a video of your order upon reception and opening and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a new items at no cost.
- WE DO NOT OFFER REFUND/RETURN BUT WE WILL SEND A NEW ITEMS FOR DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS.
